SENIOR PEP RALLY - SENIOR SHIRTS - SONIC CARDS

SENIOR PEP RALLY - the senior pep rally will be this Friday, November 6th. Practices will be held Tuesday, 11-3 / Wednesday, 11-4 / and Thursday, 11/5, starting at 9:30 a.m. in the gym. Practice is mandatory to participate on Friday. No togas will be allowed. If you have any questions, go see Mrs. Bigham in room 2302.

SENIOR SHIRTS - We will be ordering senior shirts within the next week or two. The cost is $15.00, and all payments (cash or checks made payable to FHS Senior Class) are due to Mrs. Vanessa Johnson by November 17. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Johnson in room 1313.

SONIC CARDS - Pick up your Sonic Cards from Mrs. Anthony on November 9. You will be selling them for $5.00 each which is a total profit for your class towards prom. Sales will be from November 9 - November 30. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Anthony.

IMPORTANT

REMINDERS FOR ALL SENIORS:

• COOKIE DOUGH MONEY AND FORMS ARE DUE TODAY, OCTOBER 5, 2009. Turn all your cookie dough information into Mrs. Davisson in room 2404.
• SENIOR REPRESENTATIVE APPLICATIONS ARE DUE, TOO! Turn completed applications into Mrs. Bigham in room 2302.

Class Representative Applications

If you would like to be a class representative, you need to go by Mrs. Bigham's room 2302 to pick up an application. YOU have to sell at least 10 cookie doughs to be considered. Applications are due back to Mrs. Bigham no later than October 5th.

COOKIE DOUGH

Cookie dough forms will here on Monday, September 21. Go to Mrs. Davisson's room 2404 to get your forms. The highest seller will receive FREE prom tickets!!!!!!! Cookie dough sells will be due back to Mrs. Davisson by October 5, 2009, and the dough will be delivered on October 21. You will need to pick up your cookie dough after school on the 21st from Mrs. Davisson and Coach Hughes. To be considered for a class representative you HAVE TO SELL 10 cookie doughs! If you have any questions, see Mrs. Davisson.

Class Officer Meeting

There will be a meeting with sponsors and class officers on September 21, 2009, in Mrs. Bigham's room at 3:20. Another post will come soon on information that is discussed in the meeting.

Information from sponsors' meeting

The senior sponsors had their meeting on September 15, to discuss upcoming events and fundraisers. Our agenda was -

FUNDRAISING

• Cookie Dough is the first fundraiser you will have as a class. Mrs. Davisson and Coach Hughes are in charge and they will have more information for you soon.


• The senior class will run the concession stand at ALL HOME BASKETBALL GAMES. We will have a calendar and a sign up sheet in Mrs. Bigham's classroom 2302.
  
• We will be having the Valentine's Fundraiser again this year. The planning for this is in the works - more info to come later.


• We will be selling Sonic cards. More information to come.

PROM

• We talked about some locations to have prom, and we are now on the search for a venue. More information is to come.


• A date and time will be announced once the venue is set.


• Colors and theme will be voted on in the upcoming months.


• Price of tickets will be announced later.


• ALL fundraising money goes to prom - so be prepared to work all the fundraisers so your class can have a GREAT PROM!

CLASS SHIRTS

• We need to get a design ready for your class t-shirts. If you have any ideas, please hand them in to Mrs. Johnson in room 1313.


• Voting will be in the upcoming months.


• Cost is to be announced.

SENIOR SLIDE SHOW

• Please start rounding up your baby pictures and your senior pictures for the senior slide show that will be shown at graduation.


• Bring your pictures to Mr. Smith in room 2301.
  

GRADUATION

• Graduation is set for 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 4, 2010, at Sunnyvale Baptist Church.
